I was recently looking at the files that are currently uploaded on the wiki, and it it really, really messy. I wanted to suggest that there be some kind of standardization to the names.
For Pokemon:
NationalDexNumber PokemonName (FormName) (Shiny)
Shiny and FormName would be omitted where not applicable. (Only pokemon with multiple forms would have the FormName, and Shiny would only be put in the names of shiny pokemon.
I'm not sure about the novelties. They could all use 000 or NOV possibly.
Items can probably just use the name they have in the inventory.
